We care about the quality of our products and the comfort of each customer. Please note that according to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” cosmetic products are included in the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994).

Exchanges or returns are possible in the following cases:

  • You received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • You received a product that is not what you ordered.
  • The product has a defect that is the fault of the manufacturer.

In such cases, we will replace the product with a similar one or refund your money free of charge.

Conditions for exchange/return:

  1. You have notified us of the problem within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. The goods have not been used and are in good condition, with the packaging and seals (if any) intact.
  3. You have provided photos/videos of the damage or defect.

Exchange/return procedure:

  1. Contact us by phone or messenger listed in the “Contacts” section.
  2. Describe the situation and provide photos/videos.
  3. We will agree with you on the method of return or exchange.
  4. After receiving and checking the product, we will exchange it or refund your money within 3-5 business days.

Important: if the damage was caused by the carrier, be sure to fill out a damage report when receiving the parcel at the post office.
